"If I could give Hart Kittle, Greenwood, MS a no-star review I would. I have 3 homes insured with Hart Kittle's State Farm. My recommendation is to "NEVER" file a claim. If you file a claim, you will be DROPPED, even if they do not pay the claim. State Farm has insured three of my properties since 2019. I have filed three claims, one on each property since that time. I was contacted by his office and told that my properties would no longer be insured after 1/2025. When asked why, I was told because of the number of claims that I filed. Why was I not dropped in 2020, if that's the case? Why wait almost 5 years to drop my insurance? I asked whether I could speak with the agent or appeal this decision. I was told, "No, I have already spoken to him about your policies." This is very, very, very disappointing and poor business practice. As a paying policyholder, I would love for the MS Insurance Department to help combat practices of this sort. Sad!"
